it is impossible to give something up if you’ve never had it before
sometimes you hope for something long enough that it ceases to become real. the formula for how long it takes to become real is when (the time you’ve had it) surpasses half of (the time you hoped for it)
giving something back is harder when you let yourself get used to having it
it’s not good to hold onto things too tightly
you can’t squeeze the fear out of someone, even if they’re small, and you’re strong
when we look back, we see things that we were blind to in the moment
but the moment, too, holds truths that are forgotten as soon as its time passes
if given the chance, i wouldn’t change anything
if given the chance, i’d choose to do it all again
you become blind to pain when you’ve felt it for too long
even invisible pains take their toll on you
my daily life doesn’t hurt as much as it used to
i couldn’t see the cause anymore, only the symptoms
you can patch up an illness by treating the symptoms, but if given the chance, you should always address the cause
when do you push, and when do you ease up?
